Gardens by the Bay, Singapore

The highlight of our last visit to Singapore was Gardens by the Bay. Certainly a break from the concrete jungle of the metropolitan feel!

There's no cooking like home

Yeap, the title say it all. My dad's Yong Tau Fu, for me is second to none! Not only are the fillings are all based on his secret ingredients and mix of a variety of meat, even the sauce served with it is our own homemade recipe. I'll just let the pictures speak for themselves...

Munchen, Germany

One of our favourite towns in Europe, Munich has all the elements of an ideal city. Great food, friendly folks, eventful streets and full use of public spaces! An of course, the Marienplatz with the Rathaus (Town Hall) is the focal point of the city where urban and city life thrives!

Venezia, Italy

Ahh, Venice! Perfect weather and light when we arrived here from Rome. Fantastic and beautiful place and people! St. Mark's square is one of the most impressive public space I must say.

Firenze, Italy

Florence is probably one of those places that we can feel connected to almost instantaneously. The scale is perfect for walking, and though crowded, the place does give a very hometown feel to it as oppose to other metropolitan city feel. This must be one of the best walking cities in Europe, with enough attraction and delight that captures our imagination!

Dusit Thani, Abu Dhabi

Attended the first workshop for Abu Dhabi Capital 2030 Update at Dusit Thani, Abu Dhabi.

Great atrium space, and well shaded from adjacent taller structures.

Good food @ Noodle Bowl Abu Dhabi

We just had to have our usual fix of Malaysian style cooking at The Noodle Bowl in Abu Dhabi. Our favourite is always the Nasi Lemak. Shown here also is the cheong fan with shrimps and fried carrot cake. Yummmms...!
